HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J84AV)

I sent my laptop for repair over 2+ months ago and have still not received it back with no clear resolution provided.

 

Every time I post here I get a response prompting me to call the help line and then they escalate the case and promise me I'll hear back from them. This same process has been going on for two months with no answers. 

I need my laptop back for work 🙂
