I need Help from a geek. I have a start up password. I cannot use the f11 key to reset my 200 hp notebook. i do not know the admin password as this was my daughters computer and she gave it to me and cannot remember the password or email associated with it. I want to put a VPN on here and I need to be the admin and I need to update to win 10. its running win 8 at this time HELP HELP HELP

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.
