The Windows key stop working. After reinstalling the keyboard drivers and resetting the laptop the key still does not work. Why? This laptop is only a month old.

I feel scammed by HP.

I fixed the issue. I reinstalled the BIOS driver and the windows key is working again. I think this issue should be addressed properly somewhere. Thank you for your assistance

I have a question, did you by any chance disassemble the keyboard? And when making the changes to the laptop, what exactly did you do? Asking as this would help me 8n understanding your problem better.

I have not done anything to this laptop. Otherwise I would had mentioned. When windows key stopped working I uninstalled the keyboard driver and reinstalled it. Did not solve the issue. Resetted the laptop to factory reset. Did not solve the issue. I just got it a month ago.

Did all of that besides create a new account. None of it fixed the problem.

Do check if it works.

If you're logged in, try pressing Windows+L key and see if it locks the PC. If it does, well than its mostly a corrupt OS. If it doesn't,  Ill try my best to find you a better solution.
