Product: HP Notebook - 15-bw020nb

When I put a new clean install on this notebook, the pc will not start up.
I get this code : 0xc000000e
or this screen:
strange is: I alreaddy did this on at least 500 pc's; This problem only occurs on HP laptops all simular model.
