After the upgrade to Win 10 64bit Cureator Upgrade version on my Elitebook 8570w I had the system erro that is says accelerometer.dll is missing- try to reinstal software.
I unistalled 3D DriverGuard software and reinstalled the last I found for my machine: sp71714.exe, but at he end of installation I had a message that says there are compatibility problems!! eand at reboot I had again the error.
How to solve, which version of the software I have to install?

Hi,
Try the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

In effect, after the reboot of the new not completely successfull installation of sp71714 I haven't had any error message, but I unistalled the pacage and reinstalled the suggested sp78033 and haven't had any problem.
In particular I noted that, even after the first re-install of sp71714 and related reboot, the unknown device on device manager disappeared.
Therefore, also after the end of first reinstall I should have ignored the warning message and reboot!
In any case, the issue was definitely solved.

In effect I believed to have solved the issue, but I am at the starting point with the problem moved in another position:
look at the picture here below (the text is in Italian, because this is my native language).
Neither sp71714 nor sp78033 solved the problem. Therefore the issue is still open!
I forgot to mention that the files with problems are Accelerometer.sys and hpdskflt.sys
How to solve?
Thanks.
