Hi, it seems that my hard drive died after barely 13 months of use. I have been going through the HP support is the most unhelpful to put it nicely.
Error 3PO given and after trying to back up and reboot system said the hard drive does not exist. Past the quick check and failed the long check, I was lucky I had a spare to replaced the HDD.
I am unsure on how to proceed to recover the system now or whether I should get Win10 some other how.
Any thoughts anyone?
Thank you!

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
