Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my problem Is that my laptop is not working and the caps lock is blinking , had it for 3 Years and has been working fine

 

ASAP FIX PLEASE

Unfortunately, the blink pattern indicates motherboard/systemboard according to HP's troubleshooter. A hard reset as mentioned there "may" help:

If the system board is dead that will be an expensive fix unless you are still in warranty. This forum is not "official" HP Support. Mainly a peer to peer support group to help with problems fellow members have. Of course someone could probably help with finding a replacement motherboard and provide the Service Manual if you need that.

Otherwise, only option is to call HP:
