Not sure what you mean by that, but if you deleted the operating system, you can reinstall Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:
You will need another Windows PC, and an 8 GB USB flash drive for this.
After the installation media has been created, plug it into your notebook's USB port, turn on the notebook, immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB flash drive and press the enter key.
The PC should boot from the flash drive and begin to load the Windows installation files.
When you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
Click Next and Windows will install.
After the installation is complete, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
