Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP dv6 notebook PC, 4.4 windows experience index, system type 64 bit OS ram 4 GB with windows 7 home premium.  My question is how do I get it to an 86 bit OS because when I installed my Futura 400 embroidery machine and software it said it could not run an 86 bit on a 64 bit. Please help. I saw where there are 86 bit stuff on my computer but am not sure how to work with it. When I connect my computer and embroidery machine up to each other and open up the program it tells me to be sure my machine is plugged in and turned on. It is and the machine was recognized by the computer as being connected.  What do I do?

Sorry, but there is no way to CONVERT from 64-bit to 32-bit, or vice versa.

 

You have to reinstall from scratch using 32-bit Windows media.
