Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4B858AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I power up, wolf security screen comes on and then it shuts down. This is repeated in a loop and the laptop would not come on. I did the 60 second reboot also. The laptop would begin processing the reboot in the background and as soon as screens turns on with the wolf security page, it shuts down and then the loop of on and off begins as explained in the beginning.

Can anyone suggest any solutions.
