Hi,

 

I reinstalled my windows 7 x64 and there are 4 unknown devices that I cannot find drivers for them please guide me. I tried searching for them in this forum but could not find it that way either.

According to what you have posted, you need drivers for:

 

 JMicron SD card reader
Broadcom 2070
HP 3D DriveGuard

HP Fingerprint validity sensor

 

 

Can you provide the product number for your notebook?

 

None of the drivers for Windows are present at the download driver portal for an 8470p notebook.

 

Try the following drivers

 (JMicron SD card reader)

 ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp50001-50500/sp50181.exe  Broadcom Wireless driver

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45501-46000/sp45501.exe  HP 3D DriveGuard software

 

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45050.exe HP fingerprint validity sensor

I updated three of these and verified the links. I am still looking for the Validity Sensor  driver for Windows 7

 

If the drivers for these are difficult to find for Windows 7, they will most certainly be even more difficult to locate for Windows 10. I suggest going back to Windows 7. Windows 10 still has issues that are even worse with devices in notebooks marketed and produced a few generations back.
