Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, 
I've only had my HP Notebook for a couple months, and started using it last month for University. However yesterday I started getting the 90X Fan error, where the screen is locking and shutting the laptop down.  

I've tried to call the customer services number, and register for a call back through whatsapp but don't seem to be getting any support, and the device is still under warranty.
Can anyone help with this, or advise where to go from here? Really need the laptop for Uni.

I wonder if this fall under a warranty? Is it an easy fix?
