Hello!

I am a customer of your company HP and I am frustrated and now too much disappointed by the service and support of your team that I am beg to mail you all. I have purchased a HP laptop on 26/07/2018 and from the day of purchase I am facing issues. The seller also didn't replaced my product after begging many a times and they just said that they can't replace they only can repair for free as it's under warranty. And the day I gave my laptop to the service center now it's 2021 and recently till this year I have send it many a times as when I bring the product to home again facing one on the other issues. And now it's out of warranty so no support is getting from HP which is very much disappointed. The one who is currently using instagram who manages the HP India page don't know how to behave and reply to the customer. They just say "Please rest assured knowing that we are working on this; we will get back to you with an update soon. Thank you for your patience!" this line from 13th September only and firstly said this "We have escalated your concern to our team. Please note that they would contact you within 24-48 business hours." but I suppose their watches are not working as 48hrs is not passed only till date. October will start from tomorrow and till date no call is recieved and the messages also don't check just doing seen doesn't resolve we need a solution. I have recorded all the chatting and if you need I can share with you.

Kindly help me out I am stucked with my laptop as the service center said to replace the motherboard which will be 3rd time within 4 months only which costs 34k and this will be the 3rd time to do which is of no use as after replacing 2 times my board is getting damaged again and again and the laptop cost 38k. Now you only decide in which situation I am stucked.

Recently a last solution they gave is 25% discount on the cost of motherboard which is totally **bleep** as after again replacing the board and when if 1 day after the replacement warranty is out then again it gets damaged then who will bear the risk..

HP nowadays is really cheating the customers with worst service as well as products.

Please help me out.

Thanks and regards

Welcome to the HP Community.

You are asking us to intervene with internal HP Support decisions and policy.

What?

We are a Community user forum comprised of volunteers - users, owners of HP tech, IT professionals - working and retired, even a few volunteer HP agents.

We do not have any influence over ongoing case support decisions made by HP Support.

I understand from your comments that you want things to be different.

If you decide to accept the final solution (that of a discount toward a replacement component), ask HP Support "What if" - they might answer based on the terms of the contract / replacement.

Should any thing come of your comments here in the Community, you will hear back here before any Agent or Moderator contacts you using other means.
