Hello everyone, my wife informed me around 7 months ago that her computer was literally physically shocking her. I didn't feel it and I thought she was being messing with me. She was also in a college semester so I didn't want to send it back and have her unable to complete assignments.
Anyways, I just discovered that her computer is literally shocking her when the charger is plugged in. If she touches near the power cable it will deliver a direct shock. If its plugged in and closed you can literally feel the electricity in the case. I am not exaggerating when I state this. It feels like you're trying to statically charge yourself.
I'd love to send this in and get a new device, but my warranty expired in December and I waited too long to contact someone. If anyone can provide assistance, that would be great.
Thanks!
