A1NY4UT#ABA  invalid Product for Hp cloud recovery Wasup with this I buy 40 of them for a lab still have 2 yr Warrenty but you pull it from recovery

You're using the wrong version of the cloud recovery tool.

 

For business class PCs you have to use the HP cloud recovery client software which you can download from your PC's support page and you use the PC's serial number, not the product number to get the software to make the recovery image on the business class PCs.
