im not able to use the touchpad and unkonwn device in device management and its detail iACPI\HPIC0003\2&DABA3FF&2
please give the way to fix the touchpad problem and driver of the unkown device

Hi:
Your notebook is not supported by HP for W8.1 and there are only W10 and W11 drivers for it.
The only suggestion I can offer other than reinstalling W10, would be to try the W10 drivers for those devices.
