Hi:
For the first issue, you need this driver...
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe
For the 2nd issue see this link for suggestions to fix. I do not believe it is a missing device specific to your notebook.

As I posted above, see the link I posted for suggestions.
In the case of your PC, it is either a printer issue, portable hard drive issue, cell phone issue or a bluetooth device issue.
If you don't have a printer connected, portable hard drive connected or a cell phone connected to your notebook, then it is probably a bluetooth issue.
If your notebook has a Ralink wireless network adapter (which the parts list says it does), did you install the Ralink bluetooth driver for windows 10?
This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Unfortunately, there isn't because your notebook is not supported by HP for windows 10.
If there are no devices remaining with ! marks, then the drivers are installed and you are at the best you can be.
I suggest you check the SD card reader (if you ever use it) and see if it works.
If it doesn't, then try the W10 card reader driver directly from Realtek.
You want the first driver on the list. Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file.
