Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc came with pre-activated office 365. by mistake it got uninstalled. I need to reinstall windows using HP cloud recovery tool. I just wanted to ask that WILL "MY DRIVERS" BE DELETED WHEN I REINSTALL WINDOWS USING HP COULD RECOVERY MEDIA TOOL ? will my network driver be deleted ? I know I can reset my pc but I recently clean installed windows 10 using ISO from Microsoft site so when I reset, the pre-installed software didn't came. pls help.

bought laptop from hp. windows 10.

laptop model is  "HP Laptop - 15-di0001 tu"

Hi:

 

The recovery drive you create with the HP cloud recovery tool is supposed to restore your PC's hard drive to its 'out of the box' condition,' with the original W10, drivers and software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

That is correct.

 

Your notebook's network drivers should work fine, and all you will have to do is to connect to your wireless network.
