I bought a HP laptop on 28.11.2025 ( HP 14 245 G10 (2025), AMD Ryzen 5 7520U Rs.29,990/- 

 

This laptop will be delivered on 3rd Dec 2025. I lodged a complaint on Amazon on 05th Dec 2025 for a laptop not working properly.  I talked to Amazon Customer Care to replace this laptop. The customer care person told me this product was not replaced and we could not help you. You talk to HP customer care.  When I go to the HP web site for a warranty check, this laptop is out of warranty. This laptop warranty ends in Oct 2025 and I bought this laptop on 28.11.2025.  Now i call customer care to return this product & Customer care person refuses it . Then it is told out of warranty. Why is this product showing on the Amazon website? Then customer care person lodge for return and Refund docket. This product from my home on 17.12.2025 evening at 7.30pm. Now this product arrives at the seller on 23.12.2025 at 3.05pm.  The refund Initiated on 29.12.2025 and refund credited on 01.01.2026. This date has been changed to 30.12.2025 the refund Initiated on 04.01.2026 and refund credited on 06.01.2026 .Today on 01.01.2026 the refund initiated date and Refund Credit date not shown.
I want to know when you credit Rs.29,990/- to my credit card . Because interest will be charged to my credit card . Who will pay the interest? This is Amazon's responsibility to refund my amount.  i have suffered this problem for the last 1 month and 3 days.  

 

Now I call Amazon customer care person Mr. Subham told me the product is incorrect and we don't refund it. I hand over to receive person above mention laptop now amazon told me incorrect product. Several times I called customer care and they picked my call but when talking about my refund they cut the call in the middle.
