AMD Ryzen 5 2500u won’t run windows11

Could someone please advise if HP will be doing anything or has already provided a fix for support/updates to the AMD Ryzen 5 2500u? My HP laptop was purchased in 2019 with the noted AMD processor and to think that it is only three years old and cannot make the leap to windows 11 is not acceptable. Thank you in advance for any help.

Microsoft drew the W11 capable AMD processor support line at the Ryzen 3xxx notebook series, so there is nothing you can do regarding upgrading the motherboard to one that has a W11 supported processor listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.

It would be very expensive to do such an upgrade and not at all worth the return on investment.

If you're interested, I can give you two easy ways to bypass the W11 hardware checks so you can perform an in-place upgrade to W11 on your PC, allowing you to keep your installed programs, files, and settings, and a way to easily go back to W10 after the default 'return to W10' period expires, in case W11 doesn't work properly on your particular PC.
