Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every so often i get requests to update my windows, and i do them, i got this laptop 3 weeks ago and i have had 5 requests to update windows and every time BSoD came up and it was for APC Index Mismatch every time, i tried every way to not reset my laptop however it wouldn't allow me. I have had to reset my laptop 5 times in 3 weeks which i think is quite frequent i have tried looking for help online but i couldn't find the same issue as i was having. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks - Titus

You see the error when you are trying to print? 

If yes, from what brand of printer?

Looks like Microsoft has published a fix.

 

March 15, 2021—KB5001567 (OS Builds 19041.868 and 19042.868) Out-of-band (microsoft.com)

 

Still interested in what printer if any the original poster had installed.
