Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
HELLO HOW CAN I HAVE WINDOWS 10 HOME IN 32 BIT IN PLACE OF THE CURRENT WINDOWS 10 64BIT INSTALLED IN THE PC? because it gives me system problems and updates and on the microsoft forum I was told to contact the manufacturer

What is the full model number or product number of the PC?

 

On newer models there are no 32 bit drivers for the graphics and some other components.
