Product: HP EliteBook 8470p Base Model Notebook PC

Hi,
I have a problem with my computer. I want to turn on virtualization on my device, but when I enter to the BIOS setup of the device, it requires me a password for "BIOS Administrator", while I knew nothing about it. I think that I I have never set a password for BIOS. Can anyone please help me solve this problem?

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
