I did a recovery to my PC and accidently deleted all the programs by clicking on the delete all for throwing away my PC, would like to get the CDS to restore to original condition, losing eye site, provide phone number to contact, please

Hi:
You can make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook, using the HP cloud recovery tool.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
