Every time I try to download from here: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

 

It gets to about 30/46 MB and stops .. the gets a timeout.

 

How else can I access this executable (sp78033.exe)?

Tried this solution after the third time I tried to install the update today, it did NOT work.

I still get the same error. I'm thinking maybe I should totally remove this app and try the update.

 

Please also consider that each time we're trying to update, it takes like half an hour to reach the moment that it shows error (it's about 32% for me), and another halft an hour to roll back the updates. So far, I've tried about 10 times.

 

Here is the error I get:

Got update from HP this morning and it didn't work but this link solved the error.

 

Maybe HP should change what they offer on there support page.

Followed the instructions, first uninstalled and then installed from that link but it's icon is still not showing in the below right corner. It used to be there on the left side where the time is displayed.
