Hi.  Can somebody please help me.  I can access the windows desktop environment on my hp laptop but I cannot open any application- Word or browser.  Nothing opens.  I cannot access the serial number for online support. Can anybody help?

We have no access to your PC, so we can not diagnose or repair any issues with it.

 

How old is the laptop and how long has it presented this problem?
