Accidently delated windows 10

I was trying to install another os alongside windows 10 but I accidentally formatted the disk which contains windows files and system. My notebook now has no operating system since the installation of the second os failed

Can I restore windows 10 again.? What can I do?

What/Which OS was it?

I would attempt to run a LIVE Linux and use Gparted.  It is tricky and technical but achievable.

DONT use the Hard Disk again until recovery is done.

GParted is a free partition editor for graphically managing your disk partitions.

With GParted you can resize, copy, and move partitions without data loss, enabling you to:

• Grow or shrink your C: drive
• Create space for new operating systems
• Attempt data rescue from lost partitions
