I had windows 7 ultimate on my laptop (HP 15-d002tx Notebook PC) which was activated using oem slp channel .
I have recently installed windows 10 pro and trying to activate it using oem key of my previous windows 7 ultimate but it is not getting activated by entring the oem key which i obtained by that windows (ie windows 7 ultimate) . I had obtained oem key using command prompt in that os(windows 7 ultimate).

Sorry to say this, but you probably will NOT be able to activate this now.
I ran into a similar issue years ago when I did the Win10 upgrade and the ONLY solution that worked was to restore Win7 from an image backup and follow the genuineticket approach documented in this Ten Forums thread:
HP has no record of individual windows product keys, so there is nothing we can send you to assist in this.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
