Because I was out of station the i couldn't set up my laptop and see whether everything is up to the mark and now after setting it up the touchpad isn't working. As there was no such problem before hand and this happened only after the assistant came to correct my laptop i not being responsible of it this the hp's duty to make it correct for me.
<span;>I could have started a new case but as my warranty period is over i couldn't and now this will cost me heavily...therefore i request u to pls solve this issue as it wasn't created by my side and so I shouldn't be paying for this.
