Operating System: Android 4.1 and older

Hi,

My HP 10 1901 tablet has been out of use for the last 3 months, and I’ve been waiting for the correct firmware update.zip file from HP.

I kindly request that HP provide the update.zip file for the HP 10 1901 tablet to resolve my issue.
