Hello, 

 

I have this laptop and don't have the bios password. It's Presario CQ57 and the system disabled code is 86938144. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You will need to connect an external USB Keyboard to the notebook first.

 

When done, enter    72161308

Unfortunately it would look like a hardware issue with the keyboard, so it will need to be replaced.
