I just got a HP x360 and after an update I got a screen saying to type in the administrator or power on password, how can I get that information?

For reasons of security and Hp policies, we do not provide information to unblock the bios.
In this case, I recommend that you contact an authorized Hp service center.

I am proudly Mexican, a Computer Systems Engineer and a community volunteer.
