Administrator password unknown

Cant get passed ther HP sign on the screen no longer booting up properly so I try to get inot bios but asks for Administrator password... which i dont know

The OS is Win10 but dont know if 32 or 64... (not my laptop trying to fix it for someone else) not doing great so far eh 🙂

I didnt do anything in the Bios just wanted to check all looked good.. which I believe it does

the reason for looking is the little laptop wont boot up past the HP logo ?

Reboot and start tapping Esc.  or  F10.

Run the HDD Diag tests.

Let us know the results.

Ran the HDD tests

Memoey Test- Passed

Storage Test - Passed

Looks like the little laptop has had it ? ;-(
