Administrator password

Hi All,

I mistakenly deleted my administrators account. It has resulted in me only able to use my local account. The laptop will not allow me to install or update softwares because I  no longer have administrative rights. When I try to install an app, it asks if I want that program to make changes to the laptop but it only shows the “NO” box. The YES box is missing. 
I trued using the default administrator for the laptop but I do not know the passsword. The username of the default admin is HP 450. I think that’s the model of the laptop. The laptop is current running windows XP.

Please help. How do I get the default HP administrator password to enable me update and install softwares and use the laptop.
