Hi,

I have installed Adobe InDesign CS2 2022 and used it for more than a month.  Then I reset my OS using the option of keeping only my files.

After the reset, I reinstalled Adobe InDesign CS2 2022.  The reinstallation was successful, but it would not launch, and two CCXProcess.exe - System Error messages popped up consecutively.

Result of my research for this error tell me to installed vc_redist.x64.exe.  I did and as a result, I could launch the program, but it would not do or react to any of my commands and the two messages above continue to pop up each time I launch Windows.

I my Task Manager I see CCSProcess.exe listed, which I know belong to InDesign from its icon symbol.

Please help.
