Product: HP Pavilion g6-2202tx Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

After BIOS update, the information inside bios like serial number, factory-installed os are wrong. I own an HP Pavilion g6 2202tx. After the update, my PC automatically got reset so I had to install windows again but the recovery media wouldn't work. The recovery media gives me the error code: 0120-0002-0003 and says that my recovery media isn't supported. So I have installed windows 8.1 from Microsoft but why would the bios information change and how can I change it back to the correct information. After the bios update, my wifi and Bluetooth stopped working.
