Windows Ent is the Enterprise version of Windows -- and as far as I know, HP does not preload that version on their laptops.
Additionally, with Windows 10, MS changed their policies and does not SELL the Enterprise version to folks; thus, the only way legally to get it is through a Home Use Program with a company that has such a license for its employees.
Therefore, what you need to do is contact your employer where you got this Windows version for their support.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Hi, @Gerry31 :
WAWood is correct.
I don't know of any HP consumer class notebooks such as yours that come preinstalled with W10 Enterprise.
Your model is no exception. It originally came with W10 Home from HP as most consumer class notebooks do.

Usually the company's IT department or the reseller the company does business for, installs W10 Enterprise configured to the specific company's requirements.
If you directly paid HP extra to install W10 Enterprise, you will have to contact HP for further assistance.

No one here would be able to help you with activating W10 enterprise.
You can also contact Microsoft for assistance with activation for W10 Enterprise, or you will need to install W10 Home as that would be what the product key in the BIOS would be good for.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below to reinstall W10 Home, the drivers and the software for the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
