So, the laptop was in recovery and it was taking too long, almost 8 hours. I shut it down with power button and the next time I opened it, it told me to back up and stuff. It wanted a disk in a format that I didn't have. I sent it to the HP place we bought it at. He successfully managed to recover most of the data I needed, but some payed apps, Polarr and other stuff is missing. Its in Windows Home right now, he couldn't restore Office as well. I have lost my password and had to make a new microsoft ID. I am lost. I need the apps and the Office 2016 thing again.
