My Seagate Expansion SCSI Disk Device was working well until an HP and Windows update yesterday afternoon. After the update, it immediately stopped recognizing my drive so my storage is inaccessible. The drive is beeping, which means the USB port isn't even supplying power. The PC chimes when I plug it in - but no device recognition.

I should clarify. It does not show up on File Explorer. It does show up under Device Manager -> Disk drives. When you click on it, it says it is working properly and drivers are current. However, when you click on Volumes and Populate - it can't find anything.
