HP Pavillian laptop - I changed a setting in msconfig to  Diagonistic startup unchecked Normal startup. I restarted to make the change effectieve. During the restart I got the message "Something happened and your pin isn't available. Cick to set up your pin again."  I would appreciate a pointer to the answer. Chuck0024
