After clearing TPM 2.0, I am unable to login my PC after powering ON. 

Message displaying "Your PIN no longer available due to some security settings change on this device..."

I am trying to do safe mode reboot/Recovery mode using F11 key but this feature is unavailable. Please guide to resolve this issue.
