Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer boot to other user login.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- Have you tried to perform a factory reset using the partition available on your PC or using the recovery media.
- Have you tried to perform a system recovery using the partition
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
While you respond to that, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key.
- Click on Switch User.
- And select your user account.
I suggest you follow these steps to make your account as your Default login account.
1. Press windows + x
2. Select control panel
3. Select user account
4. Select Manage user account
5. Choose the account you want it to be the default
6. Login with the account and restart
If there are no other accounts with Administrator rights, you do not have a password reset disk, try these other options:
-
You can perform an HP System Recovery to completely erase all files, including password information, and go back to the way the system was when it was first purchased. For more information, see HP Guided Solution - Performing an HP System Recovery.
-
If you haven't created a set of recovery media, then I would suggest you to obtain recovery media - Here's what you need to know about obtaining a recovery media for yourself: Click here
I recommend you contact HP support team so that they can help you in ordering/downloading a set of recovery media for your PC.
