Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I totally formated my PC, when  the process was complete, it refused to power up.

It keeps going on and off only showing the HP symbol.

Pls what should I do?

I need help ASAP.

Hi

Depending on your description/meaning of "totally formated"

Like for instance there is no operating system, and this may help...

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Maybe an F11 Factory Fresh Install is the answer.

Make, Model and OS please.
SKU: if possible by this method
WinKey + R and type
msinfo32
Read Line 9
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

Maybe a cloud recovery???

I mean I used the F11 for factory reset.

After the first process an instruction to click F1 or F2 to complete the process of which I clicked F2 because it was stated that all files would be wiped off and are irrecoverable and that's what I wanted.

Immediately after this, the laptop keeps going off and on.

I tried to do another factory reset but when it loads to 54%, it goes gives an error message saying the reset can not be completed.

Hi
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
