Hi!
After I reinstalled my laptop the fans are always at a constantly high rpm, in the Omen app it shows that the CPU is at 70°C. In other hardware monitor softwares it shows 38-40°C. So the fans are always at mediumish rpm and this drives me crazy. Tried updating the BIOS, firmware, reinstall the OS again fiddling with the power management. No success.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @keregbari
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.
Something is going on in the background. Your first choice of troubleshooting is the built-in Task Manager application which you can use to see what uses this CPU and RAM >> here are some instructions >> https://www.howtogeek.com/169823/beginner-geek-what-every-windows-user-needs-to-know-about-using-the...
Although 3.52 GB are just around 22% of your entire RAM, this is also not "low amount of RAM used" for a clean new installation.
After clean Windows installation, there are lots of updates that need to be installed and Windows is doing this automatically which can cause issues. This is a known issue (known situation). Windows 10 may "take over" your computer until updates are installed

Well...
The problem disappeared for a while but then I thought because I'm basically using my laptop as a desktop and I would like to keep the battery in good condition I changed a setting in the BIOS so the battery is only charged 'till 80%. It was a mistake... because as I used my laptop from battery and it eventually turned off, when I turned it on again the problem came back. I've got a BIOS upgrade which I thought will fix the problem. It didn't. I changed the BIOS settings back to the factory settings. No success. I waited a couple of days but it seems to be I'm not lucky anymore.
I link another thread with the same (unsolved) issue.
