My battery kept draining overnight without being powered on, so HP sent me a new battery, I installed it and upon boot up it is now giving me Critical process died error and the Blue Screen of Death and will not boot past this. I have tried doing a system restore and it doesn't see any that it can restore to, so then tried doing a automatic startup repair and it said it could not fix any errors. So then powered it down and put the original battery back in there and it still is giving me the same error. I have no way of booting it into a command prompt, cannot restore or reset the OS it just plain will no longer boot up. Is the system board bad, it is under warranty and will probably need to be taken to HP to repair I am assuming?
