After update HP bios firmware with hp connect, bitlocker ask me the key of bitlocker, before never we have this problem just now from the 2 last version of the bios. Why ? we have 30 laptops and 26 ask the key and 4 don't ask the key , the bios config is the same never modify.

Caution: If BitLocker is not suspended, the next time you reboot the system it will not recognize the BitLocker key. You will then be prompted to enter the recovery key to progress, and the system will ask for this on each reboot.

I doubt that 26 users clicked the "Turn on BitLocker" for the "C" drive and the other 4 did not.
It is likely the previous bios update together with a windows update triggered the problem.
This has been a problem since last year and not just affecting HP system.
