Your computer model is only certified for Windows 10 by HP
First follow the HP standard procedures:

(3) If BIOS is ok:

(1) In your case you should use the official Microsoft method:

Click [ Download Now ] below <Create Windows 10 installation media>
(2) Please report your results

Hello @Chetangothi
(1) Download intel driver
(2) Extract F6flpy-x64-Non-VMD.zip and F6flpy-x64-VMD.zip
copy the directories F6flpy-x64-Non-VMD and F6flpy-x64-VMD to usb flash drive
(3) Repeat windows 10 installation, later choose [load driver] to navigate to usb flash drive directory of intel driver and confirm
(try both drives)
(4) click [refresh]
(5) Please report your results
