After window 10 ver form 1607 unable to update my window. Window 10 was last updated from pre loaded Window 7.

not unable to update window

unable to perform scan sfc

unable to do dism commands. 
even if try to rest it agian came back to same postion after sometime. 
plz solve the issue

Welcome !

Note that your PC model Pavilion DV4 is an old model and is not officially supported by HP or Microsoft with drivers. The model has not been tested and verified as compatible with latest versions of Windows 10 and probably this is the reason it cannot update. If you want to update to newer build, you will probably be able to do it but you will need to do fresh clean Windows installation. This will deliver you the latest build but you will need to reinstall your apps and restore your data.

Make sure you create a data archive/back up and then follow the steps in the attached PDF file below.

Chances are that it will probably work but there might be something not working 100%.
