For the serial number, normally the 4th, 5th, and 6th characters to reference when the product was built. The first character is the year date (Y) and the next two (WW), the week in that year it was made.
CCSYWWZZZZ
For example Y = 8, WW = 03 which indicates your machine was built on week 03 year 2018 or from Jan. 15, 2018 to Jan. 21,
In your case Y = 7 & WW=16 that means week 16 of year 2017 or from Apr. 17, 2017 to Apr. 23, 2017.
