EliteBook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

So my EliteBook has 2 x USB-A ports. I have four flash drives sized 2GB; 8GB; 16GB; 128GB. The 2GB drive is formatted as FAT; the others as NTFS with 4k cluster sizing.

All four of the drives work fine in the right hand port, but the 128GB drive refuses to even be recognised in the left hand port whereas the other three get recognised and work absolutely fine.

Any ideas why this is?

I've even had a 2TB SSD external drive plugged into the left hand and that works fine as well.

Cheers in advance.

Mitch
